BTCV Its National Tree Week so come and make a difference, learn loads and have a fantastic time. This holiday is unique in that it allows you to take part in a project that involves planting seeds right through to surveying ancient woodlands. It combines worthwhile practical work with really interesting workshops including surveying woodlands and green wood working. On this holiday BTCV are working with an organisation called Moor Trees Whos work is about extending native woodlands, particularly our Ancient woods as these are our most precious resource. You will be staying at Blackadon Barns situated within Dartmoor National Park in Bittaford and therefore you can enjoy South Devon‘s majestic countryside to the coast & be able to walk on to Dartmoor.
