It has been converted to a high
standard with many of the original features of the Victorian Barns
incorporated including the beams. Farm cottage overlooks a granite
cobbled courtyard. Our guests have described it as spacious and
cosy. The lounge has a suite and a Colour TV with a Sky Digit Box
and video, and a mini stereo with a CD/cassette player.
The kitchen has a gas hob,
electric oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave &
a dishwasher plus ample glasses, dishes etc.
Upstairs there is a double
bedroom with a four poster bed. A twin bedroom plus a bathroom with
shower & bath.
A combination-gas fired boiler
provides instant hot water and radiator central heating. We do ask
that there is no smoking in the cottage. There is a separate area
for laundry. All fuel & bed linen are included. We ask if guests
could bring their own towels. In the guest information booklet there
are details of the area around the cottage and suggestions of local
attractions.
