1. A deposit of £75.00 is required to secure your holiday cottage in Devon booking.
2. If you wish to cancel your holiday, the deposit will be returned if the Cottage can be let for that period.
3. Full payment is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

5. Debit cards can be taken over the telephone - no Charge
6. Major Credit Cards can be taken over the telephone - 2% commission charge

Booking Form

2. Holidays are strictly limited to the names written on the booking form.
3. The person who signs the Booking form is authorised to agree to the booking conditions on behalf of all other persons on the Booking Form. The signatory must be over 18 years of age & be included on the Booking Form
4. All pets must have full inoculations / certificates
    

The Cottages

1. Holidays commence at 4 pm on the day of arrival & end at 10am on the day of departure - if specific requests are made to alter these times in advance, all efforts will be made to accommodate them.
2. Security Deposit of £50 is to be left prior to receiving your key to your cottage.
3. Please respect other guests as unsociable behaviour will not be tolerated & you will be asked to leave your cottage.
4. Visitors are responsible for taking care of the cottage & its contents. The cottage is to be left clean & tidy.
5. Any damage or breakages together with any extra cleaning, will be deducted from the £50 security deposit.
6. There is no smoking in the cottages - all litter must be picked up & place the appropriate container.
7. Pets must be fully vaccinated & be under control at all times. All poop must be removed immediately & safely. Pets must not go on the furniture or upstairs in the cottages.
8. Guest are asked as part of their holiday to keep energy use to minimum & recycle ,glass, tins, paper & green waste.
